Solimare
In 2009, when my family moved from the Netherlands to Corsica, Solimare was born. The name is a combination of the names Soleil, Lilyan, Marcel, and Mare. Together with my spouse, we ran the business for many years. Later, we were assisted by our youngest son Thom, and now I work together with Max and Sanne. It's refreshing to collaborate with young people who are simultaneously my son and daughter-in-law. They bring new insights and a modern approach. As a family business, we can adapt quickly and are flexible. And the core of it all, there'[s nothing more satisfying than happy customers.

We introduce you to Max, who moved to Corsica five years ago with Sanne. Max is the practical force behind Solimare and is committed to ensuring the swift handover of keys to the houses upon arrival and departure of guests. He welcomes you upon your arrival, is always ready to lend a hand, and enjoys sharing tips and insights with you. He is an indispensable link in our service, whether behind the scenes or in the spotlight. In addition to his seasonal activities, Max is a passionate triathlete, enjoying exploring nature or experiencing the wonders of Corsica on the water with Sanne

I am Lilyan, the proud owner of Solimare since 2009. I created Solimare with the vision of offering exceptional experiences in this beautiful region. Drawing on my love for the unique charm of the island, I have spent the past decade building a portfolio of exquisite villas, and charming holiday houses. With a commitment to personalized service, Solimare has become a respected partner for those seeking the best of Corsica.
On a personal note, when I have some time off, you can find me on the golf courses. I am constantly challenged to improve my game, contribute to competitions, enjoy the beauty of the surroundings and socialize with like-minded golf enthusiasts.
Sanne van Houts
Hi ! I'm Sanne, a Dutch girl who swapped tulip fields for the sunny landscapes of Corsica five years ago. When I'm not behind the lens capturing the unique charm of our villas, you'll find me on horseback, diving in the sea, or going on mountain adventures in our trusty VW van with my husband and our two companions at four legs. My passion for photography stems from the desire to highlight the best features of our magnificent Corsican homes.
